Neo launched as a business email suite designed to help businesses establish an online presence with a professional email. Initially, we bundled a basic, free one-page site builder with the email offering, though it had limited capabilities.

Neo Site v2: We added rich website templates and advanced sections like products, services, galleries, testimonials, and more.
🗓️ Aug 2024 ✅
Neo Site v3: We added AI-powered site creation, enabling users to generate and publish a website in minutes with just a business description.

With Neo Site v1, our goal was to test demand-PMF for a bundled product through a basic site builder with a minimal design and a single website template.
The Neo Site v1 template was a single, minimal design with only essential details—logo, business name, description, social links, and a contact form.

To determine the right features for Neo Site v2, understanding our Site persona was crucial. Together with the product designer, we analyzed around 500 customers using Neo Site v1, focusing on the nature of their businesses and their specific needs.
