I’m a Product Manager II at Titan Email & Neo (formerly Directi), where I help businesses get online through products like Business Email, AI Website Builder, Appointment Booking, and more.

I focus on improving acquisition, conversion, engagement, and monetisation - and I care about shipping features that solve real user problems. My design background still influences how I work, helping me keep user needs and execution speed in balance.
