This project was part of my work as a product designer, with the primary goal of enhancing the sign-up flow experience and improving conversion rate on flock.com.
The Flock setup process hadn’t been updated since the app’s initial launch. After analyzing insights and funnel data from the old flow, we redesigned it to reduce drop-offs and boost user activation.
Since Flock is a team messaging platform, new users must either create a team or join an existing one during sign-up. Wondering what a team on Flock is? Teams enable focused conversations within a group or organization. You can set up teams for your company, department, or even that secret side project you’ve been working on.
The journey begins when the user lands on flock.com and enters their email address to sign up.
